First off, hello!

I just bought an '06 660 and it has a badly bent back rack. I'm looking for options to replace it.

Are racks from other size and/or years of grizzlys compatible or do I need to look for that specific size/year?

The stock rack looks small and flimsy. Are there aftermarket racks available and if so, where do I start looking?

i am not aware of any aftermarket racks, but there may be some "universal" ones out there.
as for what years fit, the 660 rack was unchanged from the start of production until the end, so any '02 to '08 660 rear rack will fit.
there may be some interchangeability with other models, but i can't say for sure. one way to find out would be to check a site with an OEM parts fiche (cheapcycleparts, motosport.com, and many more) and compare part #'s between several models

Hammer's correct... Just pick up a used one on EBay from any year 660 and you'll be back in business!
