Well the grizz is slowly but surely coming together, money is the limiting factor, taking it one paycheck at a time lol. Got the head back today, had a 3 angle valve job done with 3 new Wiesco stainless steel one piece intake valves and resurfaced exhaust valves. Ordered a Wiesco 101mm 11:1 piston kit today, dropping off the cylinder tomorrow for boring. Raptor cam should come sometime next week, then once I get raptor valve springs the top end can go back together.
Got all new bearings and seals in the front diff, new rear driveshaft boss and coupler, new seals in the rear diff, clutch completely cleaned out and regreased. Should be as close to new as it can be when I'm done, and I can't wait, I'm suffering greatly from grizzly deprivation

Well I finally got the engine all back together (thanks to a buddy loaning my money so I could pick up parts sooner lol) Started right up and ran great, like nothing even happened, made me so excited to go riding again
lol after it's broken in I'm taking it up to where I took my small engine class to run it on the dyno and tune the carb and make a couple horsepower runs. If I have enough time while I'm there I'd like to do the washer mod in the clutch and run it on the dyno again to see if there's any significant changes in the torque and top speed numbers.
