I've seen folks use them and love them! A lot of times they can be picked up cheaply becsause the hiigh-performance riders will often upgrade to something better...
Kind of like picking up a Raptor cam for a Grizzly!

I had the Highlifter springs on my Grizz for a while. I thoought they were great ..... until I went to Moab & then they beat me & my bike to death !!
So I changed to some Banshee shocks I had. Those worked pretty darn good. You can some of E-bay sometimes. Just be careful of the condition. Cause if they are leaking, they can't be rebuilt. Not sure what your budget is BM Guy ... but if you hunt around on E-bay or those kind of places, I picked up some $800 Works Steelers shocks for about $260 & I'm telling you ... they were AWESOME !!! ![]() I've also seen some Elka's go for about that kind of money, but youo'll lose some ground clearance with the Elka's. ...
