Purchased in the summer of 2010 off of craigslist for $3350. Had 223,000 miles when I bought it, now has 265,000 and counting.

6.3L Vortec 383 stroker, .030 over flat top pistons (10.4:1 compression), Spectre CAI, throttle body spacer, Hooker longtube headers, header-back true duals with FLowmaster Super 40's, no cats, no EGR, Comp Cams extreme 4x4 cam, Delphi Multec fuel injector upgrade.
Didn't have it dyno tested but it should be in the 380-400 HP range.
4L60E trans, TCI Pro Super rebuild kit w/ Trans-Scat valve body mods, Monster Trans kevlar 2-4 band and 1650 stall HD torque converter.
