i just installed my $69.99 winch from ebay today, and i compaired it to my buddies warn, they both look identical but mine dont have the warn stickers on it. same color and winch mounting plate, its seems to work pretty good for raising and lowering the plow, i have yet to see if it will pull me out of a stuck yet, i will let you all know how it works out.

from what i understand (found this out after buying)there are only a couple folks that make them,and they slap whos ever name on them that orders them

i wouldnt worry if it has Warn on it,its probably exactly the same
