my choke stopped working, my cable is still good. i never tore into it yet. but i figure it is a diaphram. the service man told me it is a wear out item so it is not under warranty. anybody have this same problem on the 02 grizzly yet. thanks

talk to that survice guys supervisor! Wear item my @$$!!! They should be fixing that, and I'd GO OFF if they gave any back talk!!!

turns out my valves were out of adjustment. they told me there was some people that had theirs maintanced there and had to bring it back to do it again, they couldnt explain it. thanks for the reply

it turned out the valves needed adjusted bad. they werent due yet. but that fixed it.

poor starting needing valve adjustments seems to be a very common thing on the Grizzly... specially the '02. I think I'll do mine this summer.
