The Yamaha and suzuki's will both go over 5,000 miles on a belt....all but the suzuki twin peaks (its really just a kawi in suzuki plastic)
The belt isnt the clutch on these.....we have a wet clutch to get us going and stopped......so the belt is always tight.

I had 2100 miles on my belt before I totaled the 04 red Grizz. I hope to put 10,000 on my 06 Blue Grizz I'm picking up Thursday.

I figured I mention that since I've been posting pics of a red grizz when my signiture shows something different.
