Should be a nice unit... I personally wouldn't get one because it's just the little 15 hp 348cc motor from the old Warrior, coupled to a CVT tranny. I'd say go for a Kodiak 400 if it's at all possible.

I got one for my wife and she loves it. It is a 2004 Bruin 350 4x4 and its easy to use.
It goes pretty much where my Grizzly goes! Easy to use and is a simple machine.
The only bad thing is that are no gauges, but other than that is better than a Polaris!

My brother's 450 was 8,300.00 plus tax and licence came out to a total of 9,500.00. It included the warn winch installed. He also gave us the aluminum rims and tires off a Grizzly. It's a small dealer in a town called Markham about 1/2 hour from our house. Very nice guy we also bought the Grizz from him back in October. My brother has had the bike for 9 days now and has already put 20 hours and 300km on it. The special edition looks very nice your father will love it. Here a picture of our 450 we put the Yamaha bush bar kit (bumper) and It looks great. Hope to get one soon for mine!!!
