How hard is it to remove the clutch from an 05 Grizz? Any special tools etc? I do have a manual but just wanted to hear from people who have done it. Just want to check it out and make sure there is enough grease in there, my rear bushings took quite a bit after the dealer supposedly PDI'd it? Thanks...Irv

It's not hard... most of the work is just getting TO the clutch.

I believe it's a 24mm nut to remove both the primary and secondary once you get to them... but you'll need either a strap wrench or an air gun to do it, beause they both spin freely.

If you are only regreasing the weights then you only have to remove the primary nut. It is a 24mm and a impact gun is the best to remove it. When installing use a strap wrench or even a racket strap to hold the sheve until it is torqued.

Today I took apart the clutch and took off the primary to clean and regrease it, do I need to clean and regrease the secondary as well?
