I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is involved in changing a front outer CV boot on a 600 Grizz. or where i could find the service manual on line for this ATV. Any help would be great. Thanks Mike
Mike you have to remove the outer hub and strut......then give the whole axle a good strong jerk and it will pop out....then take the boot clamps off the inner boot and pop the big inner snap ring and pull the CV joint apart....with snap ring pliers you then remove the inner part of the inner CV off the axle....remover the inner boot....next remove the clamps off the outer boot and slide it off the axle.......reverse all this with a new boot and your done.
