Ok here goes my deal Me and a buddy of mine were riding double on my gizz a few weeks ago and and ran into a large log with my front left tire brought us to a dead stop allmost threw us off the wheeler got off and did a inspection to see if everything was allright seen the front CV axle pulled out of the Differential a little bit got home and the next weekend pulled the frontwheel off and changed the bearing out it was shot put it all back together and everything looked good and went back together good went for a test ride when I got back to the house the axle was pulled back out of the Diff again now wondering what I might have bent and thrown out of line any ideas would be much appreciated

HardrivenGrizz !

Did the cv bearings pop out of the housing that goes into the diffrential?

Or did the cv joint and housing pop out of the diffrential, the green
colored shaft that goes into the differential housing?

If it was just the boot protector and the ball bearing assembly that came out of the cv housing this would be a easy fix. After the ball bearing assembly is well greased and shoved back into the cv joint housing, there is a wire clip that goes behind the bearings of the joint that keeps it from pulling out in normal conditions.

If it is the other way, like what has happened with my Big Bear. Then I`am in the same boat as well.

If I find a answer it will be posted!
