I'm going to buy a hard box for the Griz this winter. My soft bags have both failed. was thinking of the Tamarack trunk. but it seems big. I worry about getting off in the event of a rollover. any thoughts?
My Kolpin cargo box saved the back of my quad in a rollover. But it's not all that big for someone looking at those huge boxes. It's perfect for me though.
I have the Tamerack wrap-around box. It is espically nice as a back rest when you are stopped. I can fit alot of stuff inside. It has saved alot a damage on the few times I have rolled. As far as getting off in a hurry...gravity and momentem solved that problem.
I was looking at some of the boxes with the seats on them like the Kimpex and they all say "not intended as a passenger seat". What was it intended for?
I guess you have to keep the lawyers happy.
