I start from one end of my yard to the other, about 200 feet, and let er rip.
The problem is, between 15 to 40 mph, it seems like when i hit bumps or dips it kind bogs a little but picks right back up. does it when i go through my ditch fast too. I drained my carb thinking water could be in there but made no difference.
Could I need a new spark plug? I only have about 20 hrs on her but have heard of them fouling out early. What do you guys think?

It would be the 1st thing that I would try. I`ve posted this once before in
another topic, about a 1987 Bigbear that I still have that would not run at idle, but would run if you had it at half throttle or above with no problems.

I tore into the carb and checked the needle valve and the float plunger valve and made sure they were free from any trash. Cranked it up and it was still doing the same thing. So I took out the spare plug that I carried with me and put it in, Presto! Problem was over.

When a plug starts going bad it can do some strange stuff, I`ve heard from others that when their plug went bad it would not run fron mid to wide open but would idle fine.

My Grizz has less then 15 hours on it. I completely submerged it and had to dain the V-Belt. Now it runs great except in reverse. It starts to spudder as soon as I raise the RPM's. Any ideas? Ben.

That is just your reverse-rev limiter, ben. Kind of an annoyance, but, just a safety feature. It gets a little hairy if you start ripping around at full speed in reverse, and suddenly turn! However, it can be easily by-passed if you look around... even on this very site!
