I broke the LH (if you were sitting on the quad) headlight housing on my last ride and now the headlight is flopping around in there. I think I can temporarily secure it with zip ties until it can be replaced. Does anyone know a good place for these kind of parts?

Sometimes you can find these type things on Ebay for a reasonable price. You can also check with (Ronnies.com) and they have a microfische and you can order OEM parts from them also. For something like your headlight housing, I would just order one thru my local Yamaha dealer.

I've been checking eBay with no luck.

I tried the Yamaha website but there is no part number listed that I can see. Guess I'll just have to call but I am sure it wont be cheap thru them.

This is a company I have bought alot of parts from. They have great prices and their service is outstanding.

I emailed them about the LH headlight grill and one of the guys seems to think it is part of the front grill assembly... I saw this diagram and thought that too, but at $30 for the entire front grill assembly, I am figuring it cannot include the headlight housings... I would like your guys opinions on this:

http://www.mrcycles.com/fiche_select.asp?vcc=ATVs&mfg=Yamaha&year=2002

When you go to this page, just select 2002 Grizzly 660. Then on the diagrams pages, go to the FRONT FENDER section. At the bottom of the diagram, #8 is the fron grill. It is part number: GRILLE, FRONT (USA) 5KM-28309-00-00 1 $30.16.

If this is it, I'm buying it tonight! I just have doubts that anything from Yamaha would be this reasonable.

The headlight and the grill is all one piece of plastic.
Go to this web sight http://parts.yamaha-motor.com/ and go through the 3 steps at the top of the page. then click on "Front Fender". It's part #8
Good luck
