Just finished cleaning up the place from the lake effect snow off of Lake Superior, took me 3 hours to do everything, forecast is for it to continue into this evening. My un official measurement is about 24 inches since it started yesterday. My back is feeling it also.

DannyK, do you plow with your Grizzly? I noticed where I read your comment on a sore back. If you are shoveling all that snow you may want to consider it's time for a plow! I know if I ever had to shovel my driveway and parking areas, I would be in trouble for certain! Thank goodness for the plow and the snowblower.

I don't plow with the griz, I have a 45 inch 2 stage snowblower on the front of my garden tractor, and a walk behind snowblower for the smaller stuff, under the deck, sidewalks, and the deck also, still have to do a little shoveling around the doors etc. Banked the house with the walk behind but muscleing that around took its toll.

Man I have to say since I have been around I don't remember a snowfall that big. Wish we could get just maybe half of that, but then again I would not look foward to cleaning it all up. Great pics....lol
