Yea maybe the shift linkage. Thinking maybe when you pull the brake it has a little more throw in it to trip the light, and the shift leaver is set in one place if you understand what im trying to say..lol I could be all wrong also, who knowes
Well, tried the shift linkage thing - to no avail. I guess the next step may be the neutral switch assembly. Local cost is about $50 and not sure if that is it. If I take it to my local dealer, I could easily see $250-$350, while they replace parts... Oh well, just for the love of the ride! Rode 42 miles on Saturday, and much of it was dusty roads - ate enough to plant potatoes...
