Got me some 28 inch mudlites on itp c series t5 rims. Now over 13 inches of clearance and man do they sling some mud. Went through some stuff today i thought i would get stuck for sure, but went through with no problem at all.
Awesome is the word. Check out my pics.

JP,

Your machine is identical to mine now except with bigger feet! I was going to buy the T-4's and I am so glad I waited for the T-5's. You will find it easy to put the nozzle of the garden hose in between the four spokes to clean all the crap out from behind the wheel. The T-5's look great on the grizzly and add some flair to the machine. You made a good choice on tires & rims and I hope you enjoy as much as I do. Looks awesome JP, congratulations.

thanks blue,

I need some caps for the rims, for some reason the place where i bought them didn't say anything about them and i didn't realize it till i got home. but those can come latter. I love the way they ride. I will enjoy them every time i ride.

JP,
I have 27" Mud Lites and they rubbed on the black fender extensions for a few hundred miles. This was only at higher speeds and over bumps. How bad do the 28" tires rub? The fenders extension has finailly wore down to where it isn't a problem anymore.

tinmandan,

When I first rode with them they did rub quite a bit when i hit dips and bumps.
But, i trimmed about an inch off of my fenders and put a nice angle to it where you cant even tell. And I adjusted my shocks to next to hardest setting and now no rubbing at all even with jumping. My wife even rode on back today and no rubbing. And the fenders still look great.

Yea, she was in the room when i wrote it and i got a little slap, but i assured her that it didn't mean i thought she was fat, but any extra weight can cause rubbing. lol Anyways, i get out of trouble pretty quick when i'm sweet about it. lol

Hey blue_grizz_04,

How about some new pics of your bike. You got that big list of stuff on it but no pics. I wanna see it. Might give me some ideas.

JP,

My wife and I just got a new kodak DX-6440 easyshare digital camera on tuesday. We are still playing around with it trying to figure out all the functions. I wanted this camera for a long time because it's suppose to take really great pictures. Our old one was crap and the resolution stinks to say the least. This new one has 4.0 megapixel with 4X optical zoom and 10X total zoom along with a 6000 printer dock. So when she figures out all the functions and shows me how it works, I will indeed post MANY pics of my machine! LOL We bought this digital so I could take it on rides and my wife could take pictures for her ebay stuff she sells. I do have only one pic of my machine on my profile here when the machine didn't have all the new goodies. That picture does no justice to what the quad looks like now. Hopefully by this weekend I will have all the functions down pact, so I can take some pictures while the machine is all clean and shiny! I even plan on taking some pics of my new trailer I just bought. With the C series offset and the mudlites the grizzly wouldn't fit on my old trailer! I got a 5x8 trailer from Tractor Supply Company for $610.00, what an awesome deal. Anyway, pics will be up soon for all to view.

Went riding for real today for the first time in forever. The mudlites did awesome. I did get stuck once, but it was one of the nastiest holes i've ever seen. anyways they really impressed me even more now that i really put them to the test.

JP,

Well I did attempt taking a few pics today. They are in my profile so check it out. I still have to mess around with the new camera so I can get some better pictures. So many functions and I am at a total loss! I still cannot figure out how to add an avitar like you did! I guess being an old fart really shows how caught up I am with the modern times. I can operate my woodworking equipment and make awesome furniture out of wood, but I just can't seem to operate a darn digital camera worth beans. My wife just laughs and says," You're getting old hun." LOL

Hey Blue,

Nice Pics! I like the bumper job, that's my kind of protection. anyways on the avatar you have to resize a picture down to less than 30k and you can do that in paint or any other photo software. just go to image size and resize it until it's less than 30k and then under your profile go to avatars and browse for it and hit update. good luck.

I don't know if you ever check ebay under "items matching yamaha grizzly" but I found something that may interest you. Brand new ITP chrome center hubs and chrome lugnuts. The current bid is $15.00, I don't know what they go for new because mine were included with my ebay purchase for my tires and wheels. Anyway, check it out if you are interested.
