I am just courious what type of gas everyone is running? I have been using the "el' chepo" 89 gas just because of the low compression engine. Is this what everyone else runs? Has anyone noticed any difference in the engine if running higher octane? Does the higher octane leave less deposits in the engine? I want this bike to last a while as I am LOVING it so far even though my wife will "get it" LOL...

Just courious what everyone else is running and their opinions/facts on this issue.

Regular unleaded. I pretty sure that is what is recomended by Yamaha

I agree with Tinmandan, and just like Marine, I run "el cheapo" and the Grizzly hauls ass! LOL
One buddy of mine used "Octane Boost", and after a while, he burnt his valves on his Honda 250 EX. I wouldn't use anything other then what the maufacturer recomends for fuel.
