the pic above, i am holding two fish, one weighing 13.6 lbs and the other at 11.4 lbs. my buddy holding 12.5 lbs. all lake trout.

this pic is of myself, my family and the rest of my family going hunting for caribou onb the boat

great pics,,,, but it sure looks cold up there,,,,i thougt it was a little weird when starky was hunting emu's from his rooftop,,, but now you hunting caribou on water,,, hmmmmmmm,,,,, lol,,,, was the pic of a "fall night" just in the evening or is that as dark as it got,,,,, take care,, cg

hey country, yeah, it does get really cold here. about the looking for caribou, we look while we're in the boat, then go and get the caribou when in see it on the land. and yes the pic was at fall night and it is the evening and it did get darker......a lot darker.

I agree with CG, it sure looks cold there, looks like the fishing and hunting are good though!!!!!!!!

hey there all

the fishing is good, but this year the caribou are hard to come, i don't know why...... must be one of those years. hopefully my luck will change this weekend.

hey tindy

the riding can go on for days if you want to ride the tundra. 100 kms a day is hard on the body, but it is done quite often.

with that a side here is a picture of another member of the family

thanx everyone for all the remark on the pictures.

here is a picture that i am really proud of. this pic is of the first ever hockey team from nunavut in the arctic winter games, and i represented team nunavut as the goaltender. the games were held in whitehorse, yukon.
