I just installed the Pro Design Pro Filter Kit with the K&N air filter!

It took some time to do but it was fun!

I took off air filter, air box, clamp and clamp for battery then I drilled 2 holes for the Pro Design clamp and installed it!

I put the outerwear on the K&N filter and put the airbox lid back on because it wasn't running perfect with it off.

I would have to re-jet for the airbox lid to come off.

Is that okay that I put the outerwear on and the air box lid on?

Can I run outerwear and air box lid on?

It sounds freakin awesome with the power tip and filter kit on it!

It's got added horsepower I can feel!

Yes, keep the outerwear on even with the airbox lid on. Glad it all worked out as planned, what's next?

It's animal alright!

You can do almost anything with a Grizzly!

It's made for the wild outdoors!

Later on down the road I will buy 25" Maxxis Bighorn Radials & ITP C-Series Rims!

Should I try to sell my stock tires and rims on ebay?

I bet it would cost a buttload to ship!

Shipping for the stock rims and tires will cost anywhere from $50-$75 depends where they are being shipping. Bob, you have to drill the air box right where the intake into the carb is at so you can bolt on the prodesign filter mount.

Correct!

I had to drill two holes for the Pro Design Clamp.

Did you have to trim any of the fins off the inside of the airbox? When I put the foam filter on our 04 Griz I had to trim the fins so it would fit. It made me wonder if they gave me the wrong filter. It all worked out in the end.

No I didn't have to trim anything off.

It fit perfectly in the airbox.

Everyone else I asked said they didn't have to trim anything either. I must have received the wrong filter but it's all good now.
