is there a service manual you can download. I see they have them on ebay on a cd. Is there a website that has that?

There are a few guys on this site that have the CD and will probably send it to you for the cost of shipping. One of them will probably chime in soon.
Oh, by the way, welcome to the site Travis. What do you ride and do you have any pics?

I have 2 parts manuals in pdf that are 2.5meg each and the service manual in pdf at 12.5 meg. I could send if you want. [email protected] (912) 667-2115.

Thanks for the welcome. I have a 2002 grizzly 660. I used to have a 450 kodiak. I have to say i love the grizzly. Big difference in power and ride. I dont have any pics yet. As soon as i do i will post them. Thanks a lot guys

Travis,

I tried to email the file to you. Too large for you evidently....I tried to burn a CD...Problem on my end. Is there anyone out there that can accept a 12.5 meg .pdf file? I could send to them and perhaps they could burn you a CD.??

Hi there, if you have a service manual for an '05 that you could allow me to download you would be a lifesaver. I have 4 days to move out of our place and a 4 wheeler that is in pieces in the shop.( not my disassemble, but the guy who did it is on vacation and unavaliable, now we have to move) I have the technical and mechanical skills but never rebuilt a Quad before. Also it was a timimg chain replace taredown just to give you an idea where its at.
