Can anyone share opinions/experiences about Super Winch vs Warn. Which one is better?
I fried my Warn A2000 Warn last fall and I believe it to be a product sub-standard performance...was only 2yrs old, not abused etc... I talked w/ warn and they had my send it over to check it but based on conversations I had w/ a few guys @ warn, they seem to blame my problems on installation. If they're not willing to pay for repairs, I will most likely buy the super winch...unless you recommend otherwise

Not really sure on the Warn but I do own the Super Winch 2500. Have not used it alot but I still have put it through its paces in the last 3 years. The Grizzly is the second machine it has been on now and I have not had any problems with it so far.

One other winch you might want to look into and not leave out is the Ramsey winch.

Looks like I will stick w/ Warn afterall!!
They agreed to replace my winch. They'll send me a brand spankin new winch including cables, switch and Solenoid

They couldn't pinpoint the exact cause of the trouble, too many factors. According to them, the most probable cause was lack of mainteneance i.e. corroded cables (plugged to the battery) Zip ties too tight cutting into cables...I could go on....

Long story short, they agreerd to replace the winch even if trouble was caused by lack of maintenance or improper installation. IMO, that's great service!!
