Check, the rear diff for any leaks/seperation. (axle popping)
Check for normal oil leaks, colour of the spark plug.
Check the oil filler, colour texture and for sign of metal filings etc.
Check for any frame cracks around the shocks.
Check the smoothness of the gear lever shift.
Check for play on the wheel bearings
