won't idle

Hi, new here, I have a new 05 grizz 660 I picked up last weekend, I am attempting to go through the break in process but when I let it warm up, it pops, burps, farts, and then stalls when the accelerator is pushed. anyone have any thoughts? I have the fuel turned to on, the choke off after warm up... I don't get it.

Thanks for any help.

I would call the dealer
did you fill the tank you might have bad gas?
i know mine will not stay running when cold if i try to move it at all.
but when i get it running a minute or two it's fine.
I noticed in cold weather when the machine has set for a long while it takes a while to warm up. I will use full choke to get it started then I run my choke half way for a few minutes so it idles high and then after a while I close the choke down and the machine idles great and doesn't give me any problems. My Kodiak was the same exact way when it was real cold outside and it was sitting for a while. You can try that way and if it still gives you problems I agree with TMAXX and bring it in and have them look at it.
I had this problem once w/ my 02 Grizzly. I had to remove the seat for some reason and when I put it back in place, it pinched a tube from the air filter that runs close to the seat clamps. The bike would run on idle, but as soon as I hit the throttle, it stalled.

Sorry for multiple posts---Computer issues
Thanks for the help and suggestions, I talked to the dealer today, he said the same thing, could be bad gas, or a clogged jet in the carb??? but I gave it a try again today after work and it ran perfect! can't figure it out. onr thing for sure .....these things are a blast! didn't want to put it away after the hour of recomended riding.
Thanks again for the help.
